What kind of breakfast is served?
We offer a daily international buffet breakfast with a 3-day food rotation to suit all tastes. Selection includes: Salad Bar, Cheese, Cold Cuts, Fresh Fruits, Cereals, Bakery & Pastries, Gluten-Free Bread, Egg Station, Asian & Thai dishes, Noodle Station, American breakfast favorites, Vegetarian options, Juices, and Freshly Brewed Coffee & Tea (Cappuccino, Latte, Espresso).
Please note: Our breakfast is not halal-certified. All items are clearly labeled, including those containing pork.
Can I check in earlier than the standard 2:00 PM?
Yes, early check-in from 8:00 AM is available for THB 1,500 net, including buffet breakfast for 2 persons.
Can I book a smoking room?
We are a 100% smoke-free hotel. Smoking inside rooms (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or cannabis) will result in a THB 5,000 net penalty fee.

Where are the nearest BTS & MRT stations?
We are within walking distance to BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit stations. We also provide a free tuk-tuk shuttle from the hotel to BTS/MRT.
Where is the nearest shopping mall or night market?
We are a short walk from Terminal 21, Robinson, and Times Square. Nearby you will also find SW1 Night Market and Korean Town.
Can I request a late check-out?
Yes, late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. Additional fee is THB 1,400 net from 12pm to 6pm.
Do you have free Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
Do you accept pet?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel. Dogs up to 20kg are welcome in all room categories at no extra charge. We allow 1 pet per room.
Is there an extra fee for bringing a partner/joiner?
No, there is no extra fee. However, all guests must be registered at the front desk.
What type of food is served at the restaurant?
Our restaurant serves Western and Thai cuisine including pizza, burgers, salads, pasta, fried rice, Thai soups, and Pad Thai.

How far are you from the airports?
We are approximately 40–45 minutes by car from both Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and Don Mueang (DMK) airports, depending on traffic. Travel time is similar by airport train connections.

Yes, we offer large family rooms:
Family Connecting (70 sqm) – up to 6 adults & 2 children
Family Suite Connecting (85 sqm) – up to 6 adults & 2 children

Do you provide free shuttle service?
Yes, we provide a complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle to Terminal 21 shopping mall (terms & conditions apply). We do not provide free airport or city transfers.
Is a deposit required at check-in?
Yes, we require a deposit of THB 1,000 per person (by cash or credit card) for incidentals. For credit card deposits, the amount is blocked (not charged) and released at check-out. Your bank may take 5–10 days to reflect the release.
Do you have rollaway beds or baby cots?
Rollaway bed: THB 1,200 net (with breakfast) or THB 1,000 net (without breakfast) (not available in Bronze Queen, Grand Bronze Queen, Bronze King, Silver King)
Baby cot: Provided free of charge

Building 2: Facilities like Rooftop swimming pool & bar, 24-hr gym, meeting room, and room categories like Bronze Queen, Grand Bronze Queen, Gold King, Gold Twin, Gold Suite, Family Connecting, Family Suite Connecting, and Guest House.
Do you provide bathroom amenities?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with bathroom amenities. In addition, we provide on-demand amenities free of charge — simply contact Housekeeping or the Front Desk anytime.

Yes, we can store your luggage after check-out only if you have a continuing booking with us. Unfortunately, we do not offer luggage storage for guests without an upcoming reservation.

Yes, we can arrange private airport transfers (car or van) for an additional fee. Please contact our Reservations Team at least 24 hours before arrival for pricing and booking.

Yes, we offer same-day laundry and dry-cleaning services (charges apply). A laundry bag and price list are provided in all rooms.
