Hotel Policies

We agree… rules usually spoil the fun. But without a few basic guidelines and policies, chaos quickly sets in. So do what you can for the good of all by keeping the following information in mind when booking your stay at Night Hotel Bangkok.

General Policies

  • Accepted Currency: Thai Baht (THB)

  • Check-in Time: 14:00 Hours (2:00 PM)

  • Checkout Time: 12:00 Hours (12 PM Noon)

  • A mandatory deposit (cash or money blocked on credit card) is required upon check-in to cover incidentals and other expenses during your stay.

  • The hotel is 100% non-smoking in all guest rooms and hotel's facilities.
  • The minimum age for check-in at our hotel is 18 years old. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent.

  • If you smoke in the hotel room, you will be charged a net fee of 5,000 Baht for the removal of the smell of smoke.

  • Fresh durian fruit and cannabis are not permitted on the hotel premises and strictly prohibited in the guest room.

  • The hotel will charge a net fee of 5,000 Baht if guests bring durian fruit or cannabis into their room, in order to cover expenses incurred for eliminating the resulting odour.

  • The hotel welcomes guests with visitors but requires the registration of visitors with their ID cards at the front desk.

  • We have a round-the-clock front desk service.

  • The hotel provides a complimentary Tuk Tuk shuttle service only from the hotel to Terminal 21 (BTS Asoke / MRT Sukhumvit) from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM with departure every 30 minutes. Advance seat reservation is required. During peak traffic hours (4:00 PM to 7:00 PM), the shuttle service may be temporarily suspended due to heavy congestion.
     

Children & Extra Bed Policy

  • Children aged 0-4 who stay with their parents in the room and use the existing bedding (or a complimentary baby crib) will not be charged for their stay and can enjoy free breakfast.

  • Children aged over 5 years old will be considered as an adult and will be charged full daily buffet breakfast at price 530THB net.

  • Children who are 5 years and older will be considered as an adult and will be required to use an extra rollaway bed (maximum weight recommendation up to 100kg), which costs 1,200 Baht net per night and includes one buffet breakfast per night of their stay/per person.

  • An additional bed can be provided for a surcharge of 1,200 Baht net (including one buffet breakfast) or 1,000 Baht net (without breakfast) in Gold rooms and higher room categories.
     

Pet Policy

  • 1 Dog or 1 Cat less than 20 kilograms is welcome and must not be left unattended in the room.

  • Advance booking for a pet-friendly room is required and based on availability for the desired dates, as we only have a limited amount of these rooms.

  • We accept only 1 pet per room

  • Guest is responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from the pet.

  • The hotel is pet-friendly and does not charge any additional fee for 1 pet staying in the room.

  • The hotel offers a complimentary pet snack, bowl, and carpet for pets staying in the room. For cat, a sand tray is also provided at no extra charge.
     

Parking

  • Parking at the adjacent hotel is available for free but only for guests of this hotel.

  • Non-hotel guests will be charged a parking fee of 100 Baht per hour.

  • Valet Parking Service is available at the hotel.

  • Parking space in the lot is subject to availability, and the area is patrolled by security personnel 24 hours a day.
     

Early Check-in / Late Check-out Policy

  • Early check-in is considered between 8:00 AM to 02:00 PM and an additional charge of 1,500 Baht net will apply (subject to availability upon arrival). Including buffet breakfast for 2 people. Early-in fee is based for 1 room only. For Family Connecting Rooms and Family Suite Connecting Rooms Early-in fee must be paid for 2 rooms (total 3,000 Baht net). Extra buffet breakfast is 530 Bath net per guest (5 years and over)

  • There will be an additional charge of 1,400 Baht net for late check-out between 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

  • In case of late checkout, we can provide a shower/changing room for guest to use (subject to availability).
     

Payment Options & Deposit 

  • Room payments can be made in cash (THB) or with a major credit card.

  • We do request a major credit card be presented at check-in to guarantee up to 2,000 Baht for incidentals/expenses.

  • For pre-payment bookings, the same credit card used for payment must be presented upon check-in at the hotel.
